How to change a video's speed
- Choose a video.
- Pick a speed with a preset or the slider, and mute the sound if you like.

Is my video uploaded anywhere?
No. The speed is changed inside your browser, and your video never leaves your device.
Why does the sound change pitch?
The sound is sped up or slowed down with the picture, so it sounds higher when faster and lower when slower. Mute it if you prefer silence.
Are frames lost when I speed a video up?
Every frame is kept up to 60 frames a second. Beyond that, frames in between are left out, since screens cannot show them, and the last frame is always kept.
Does slowing down make the video smoother?
No. The same frames are shown for longer, so slow motion of an ordinary video looks steppier.
Why does the first video take longer?
The first time, your browser downloads the video engine. After that it is kept, so the next video starts at once.
