How to scan a QR code

Questions
Does it open links by itself?
No. A link is only shown, so you can check where it leads before you copy it into your browser.
When does it use my camera?
Only after you select Scan, and it stops as soon as a code is found. Pictures from the camera never leave your device.
Can it read Wi-Fi codes?
Yes. It shows the network name, password and security, ready to copy.
Are my pictures uploaded?
No. Codes are read inside your browser.
